JOB DESCRIPTION: Area Sales Manager - Industrial Capital Equipment
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual looking for a challenging and rewarding step up in their established sales career. It will be your job to source and convert new business opportunities by utilising industry knowledge and/or existing relationships within the Animal feed, Agricultural, Pet food and Industrial markets. Conduct proactive, key account management and prospecting off all existing and new clients, looking for cross-selling opportunities within our product range, and secure and project manage, in time, full plant automation projects.
Working within a team of eight, you will report directly to the Sales Director and be working individually, and alongside the external sales and service team members, and internal sales assistants.

The successful candidate will be a positive and effective team player who is highly driven and ambitious. Strong communication and relationship development skills are key to this role.

Part of a Global group, they have experienced year on year growth, an industry-leading product range manufactured globally including England, and is looking to expand their sales operations in the UK.
Opportunities exist to expand the product portfolio and sell complete lines, encompassing equipment from all area of the group.
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Capital Equipment Sales, Sales into Animal feed, Agricultural, Pet food and Industrial markets
