LOCATION: Covering The UK & Eire you will be office based in the East Midlands and will be commutable to the office. (The company are prepared to offer a relocation package to the ideal candidate)

JOB SPECIFICATION: Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager: Packaging Machinery & Systems
Reporting to the Directors, you will have full responsibility for managing the UK field sales team comprising 8 people and for managing the Marketing team of 4, with T/O responsibility of circa 15million per annum. This is a strategic management role leading, managing & inspiring the team to continue their impressive growth.
REQUIREMENTS: Sales Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager: Packaging Machinery & Systems
You MUST have a current & proven track record of success as a Sales Manager ideally managing a similar-sized team of external salespeople.
Any specific experience of also managing a marketing team or function would be advantageous but is not essential.
Any specific experience of the packaging machinery or packaging industry would also be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified engineer and/or possess market in qualifications.
A well established privately owned supplier of coding, marking & labelling machinery & systems for both primary & secondary packaging selling to both end-users & OEMs across the UK & Eire with very impressive circa 10% YoY growth over the last 10 years looking to continue that growth by appointing a top-class Sales Manager with both the potential and ambition to become a Director in the medium term if successful in this role.
Excellent prospects will ensue, if you are successful you can expect to become a Director in 3 to 5 years.
